Join our dynamic Operations team as a First Aid Officer, where you'll play a vital role in supporting guest and staff safety by responding quickly and professionally to medical situations across the park. You'll be the first point of care in emergencies - delivering calm, confident assistance while maintaining a welcoming and reassuring presence.

Key Responsibilities
Provision and management of first aid incidents, assistance to injured and unwell guests.
Completion of medical reports on all patients in a confidential manner.
Ensuring that all medical records, supplies and equipment are maintained and secure.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a first aid or medical environment, desired.
Must hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check*.
Excellent personal presentation.
Robust awareness of safety and a commitment to guest service.
