We're seeking an experienced SAP Service Cloud V2 / ESM Consultant to join a major transformation project. This is a client-facing role focused on workshop facilitation, solution design, SAP configuration and end-to-end delivery of customer service and enterprise service management solutions.

About the Role
n
You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, configure SAP Service Cloud V2, and support testing, deployment and go-live activities.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
n
Design end-to-end SAP Service Cloud V2 and ESM solutions.
n
Configure workflows, business rules, case management and service processes.
n
Produce functional specifications and solution documentation.
n
Support testing, deployment and solution adoption.
n
Provide guidance to stakeholders and project teams.
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
7+ years SAP consulting experience.
n
3+ years implementing SAP Service Cloud V2 and/or SAP ESM solutions.
n




Strong SAP Service Cloud V2 configuration experience.
n
Proven solution design and workshop facilitation skills.
n
Experience with case management, service request management and workflow automation.
n
SAP S/4HANA integration experience highly regarded.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
n
Desirable
n
n
SAP Service Cloud V2 certification.
n
SAP CX or SAP ESM implementation experience.
n
Utilities, field service or asset-intensive industry experience.
n
Agile delivery experience.
n
n
