My NRMA is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our Contact Centre on a full time, hybrid basis. You will be the first point of contact for roadside assistance, delivering empathetic support and accurate guidance while handling sensitive member data.
Start date is 9 November ****, with a 3-week rotating roster across early, late, weekend, and public holiday shifts. Training provided; partial in-office collaboration days required within 100km of Gosford/Sydney Olympic Park.
