Mulgrave Country Club is seeking
four experienced
Front of House Attendants
to join our team on a casual basis. The successful candidates will have proven experience across both café and bar operations and be confident working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. We are looking for people who can naturally read a room, anticipate guest needs, take initiative and contribute to a seamless service experience without needing constant direction. What you'll be doing
Working across both the café and bar, including coffee preparation and beverage services
Delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive Member and guest experiences
Greeting customers, taking orders and processing payments
Monitoring service areas and proactively responding to customer needs
Maintaining awareness of the Club, identifying opportunities to assist guests, clear tables, replenish stock and support fellow team members
Ensuring food and beverages are served efficiently and to a high standard
Assisting with functions, events and special club activities
Following food safety requirements and Club policies and procedures
Maintaining a clean, organised and professional work environment
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in a busy hospitality, café or bar environment
Strong experience in both bar service and café/barista operations is essential
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
A proactive approach with the ability to scan the room,



anticipate customer needs and identify what needs attention without being directed
Confidence working independently and using initiative during busy service periods
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to multitask while maintaining excellent service standards
Team-focused attitude with a willingness to support colleagues across all areas of the venue
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
