A newly created leadership role has opened up with an established operator of business-critical data centre facilities across Australia. You'll take single-point operational leadership across three sites, with a transparent path to grow into a wider remit as the portfolio expands.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing operational oversight and leadership across three data centres (across NSW and VIC)
Directly managing and supporting the Facilities Managers at each site, lifting consistency in operational standards, technical rigour and performance
Acting as the senior on-the-ground leader for a combined team of around 30 site-based staff
Coaching, guiding and, where needed, challenging site-level teams using your own deep operational knowledge
Partnering with senior leadership on operational reporting and performance




Playing a key role in future site expansion planning as the business grows
What We're Looking For
Experience in data centre operations, with solid hands-on knowledge of DC facility operations
Strong technical grounding in critical DC infrastructure, paired with the ability to lead through site managers
Comfortable being genuinely on-site and hands-on, based from a data centre rather than a corporate office
Willing to be mobile across Sydney sites and travel to Melbourne periodically
Motivated by the chance to grow the role as the business expands
