Natures Organics is seeking a reliable Maintenance Fitter to join our Ferntree Gully facility. You'll operate across high-speed filling and packaging lines, overseeing breakdown response and preventive maintenance in a clean, safe production workplace.
The role starts on an induction program on day shift (7:00am–3:06pm) for 3 months, then transfers to the afternoon shift (3:00pm–11:06pm). Focus on reliability and continuous improvement across site operations.
