Underground and surface heavy diesel fitter - breakdowns, scheduled services, drill fitting and plenty other duties

Work is rotated across the crew so you get variety and exposure to different equipment and tasks

Specialise across a large fleet of underground and surface mining equipment and OEM brands including Sandvik, Normet, CAT, Epiroc and Volvo
n
Join a team of skilled, well-trained tradespeople in a well-equipped and well-run workshop
n

Gain extensive underground experience at a safe and well run hard rock mine

What You'll Need
n
n
Trade-qualified Diesel Fitter (or equivalent) with experience on heavy machinery - earthmoving, civil, underground or open cut mining
n
Manual driver's licence with experience driving a manual vehicle
n
Able to pass a full pre-employment medical, functional assessment and drug & alcohol test
n
Physically fit and comfortable working underground in hot, humid conditions when required
n
A team player with a good attitude, strong communication and a willingness to learn
