Job Description
Four Seasons Sydney seeks a Part time Communications Agent in the Rooms Division. You will be the first voice guests hear, delivering warmth and professionalism and connecting guests with hotel services throughout their stay.

The role requires linking guests with hotel departments, providing accurate information, coordinating requests, and maintaining high standards of service. A rotating roster including weekends and evenings is expected.
