Join our Injury Assist team as a Senior Case Manager and use your workers compensation and injury management expertise to deliver positive recovery and return-to-work outcomes.

You'll manage a portfolio of claims from early intervention through to recovery at work, while providing technical guidance and support to the broader claims team.

What you'll do

Manage workers compensation claims end to end.
n
Develop and implement injury management and return-to-work strategies.
n
Work closely with injured workers, managers, medical practitioners and service providers.
n
Ensure claims meet SIRA requirements, timeframes and quality standards.
n
Manage entitlements, including PIAWE and weekly benefits.
n
Conduct claims reviews and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
n




Provide technical support, coaching and training to claims colleagues.
n

What you'll bring
n
n
Experience in workers compensation, injury management and early intervention.
n
NSW Return to Work Coordinator certification.
n
Sound understanding of workers compensation legislation and SIRA Standards of Practice.
n
Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
n
Self-insurance experience is highly regarded but not essential.
n
