An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Livestock Supervisor to join a well‐established and expanding cattle operation in Western Australia's Mid West. Reporting directly to the Feedlot Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily livestock activities, coordinating cattle movements, supervising staff and ensuring compliance requirements are met across the operation.

This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working with cattle, managing people and being actively involved in the day‐to‐day running of a livestock enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for livestock inductions, drafting programs, compliance reporting, staff supervision and assisting with the ongoing development of team members.

About The Role:
n
n




Supervise day‐to‐day livestock operations;
n
Coordinate cattle inductions and livestock movements;
n
Conduct and oversee cattle drafting programs;
n
Lead, train and mentor a team of livestock staff;
n
Maintain livestock records and compliance requirements;
n
Liaise with customers, agents and transport operators;
n
Assist with operational planning alongside the Feedlot Manager;
n
Ensure high standards of animal welfare, safety and production outcomes are maintained.

About You:
n
n
Strong cattle handling experience;
n
Strong cattle drafting skills;
n
Previous leadership or supervisory experience;
n
Understanding of livestock production systems;
n
Good communication and people management skills;
n
Able to work effectively within a multicultural team;
n
Organised and capable of managing changing priorities;
n
Competent computer skills;
n
Experience with NLIS, compliance systems, feedlot operations or livestock record keeping highly regarded;
n
