As a Frenchams franchisee we are currently seeking an enthusiastic person to join our small team toprovide regular maintenance to indoor plants for various clients in the Melbourne CBD and surrounding Suburbs. Including doing plant changes for customers. This position is mostly CBD southeast suburbs and is for approximately 3/4 days a week at the moment could expand to more days. It would help if living close to CBD
Casual position with flexibility starting with two days a week approx. to start.
Above award wages
Vehicle and equipment provided.
Must be a permanent resident in Australia.
Must be a confident driver.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Management of plant scaping including regular visits to client's sites to water, dust and clean plants and planters
Organising routine service schedules to attend to the customer base allocated.
Monitor and attend to such factors as watering requirements, cleaning of plants and containers, trimming, location, and treatment for fertilisation and pest control.
Determine condition of the plants, replacement of deteriorated plants and selection of replacement plant varieties taking into consideration the environmental conditions of the site
Liaising with Customers in relation to requests, complaints and comments and recording details of such.
Personal Qualities and Skills:
Interestin the environment with a particular interest/passion for the care of plants and gardens
Excellent Customer relations and communication skills
Self-motivated with a proven ability to show initiative, work on your own and apply an energetic customer focused approach.
Neat and tidy in presentation
Drivers Licence with proven experience and safe driving history
Horticulture experience is a definite advantage but can be learned.
Further training to be provided during period of employment.
