Our client is a respected, family-owned
commerciallandscaping
business working across Brisbane and SEQ. They partner with majorbuilders and developers on a wide variety of projects, including high-risesurrounds, townhouse communities, schools, industrial estates, aged-carefacilities and government infrastructure.

With multiple projects underway, they are seeking ahands-on, reliable operator to step into a key role within the team.

About the Role
n
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who has completedtheir landscaping trade and is ready to step up into a leadership role whilestill working on the tools.
n
You will:
n
n
Lead day-to-day operations on commercial job sites
n




Work with a small crew (typically you + 1 labourer +machinery)
n
Carry out drainage works, irrigation basics and soiling up
n
Set out plants and read landscape plans
n
Liaise with builders/site managers
n
Coordinate materials, deliveries and forward-planning
n
Maintain site quality, safety and presentation
n
n
This is not a desk or site-shed role - it's an active,outdoors position leading by example.
n
Projects You'll Work On
n
Typical work includes:
n
n
High-rise and townhouse developments.
n
Current school builds and extensions.
n
Department of Housing projects.
n
Police stations and public infrastructure.
n
Commercial and industrial sites.
n
n
Work is Brisbane-based, with only minimal Gold Coast travel. If you live on the south side of Brisbane, this would be the ideal location.

Requirements

About You
n
We're looking for someone who is:

Strong work ethic, reliable, trustworthy.
n
Physically fit and enjoys hands-on work.
n
Competent with machinery and general landscape construction.
n
Confident reading plans and setting out works.
n
Comfortable dealing with builders and subbies.
n
Keen for long-term growth and progression.
n
Plant knowledge (incl. botanical names) is highly regarded.
