This position isfor an educator with expertise in VCE
Economics/Commerce.
Versatility to draw upon skills and experience teaching another VCECommerce subject will be an advantage.

KeyDuties

Review and assess students atthe beginning of each program
n
Provide a flexible program thatcaters for individual students
n
Deliver learning programs thatdemonstrate aresearch-based knowledge of how studentslearn
n
Evaluate personal teaching andlearning programs including feedback from students andassessment data to inform planning
n
Model high expectations toenable a protected and supportive classroomculture
n
Provide reports within schoolstandards and timelines
n
Embrace a culture ofcollaboration to enhance studentlearning
n
Model and live the CaulfieldGrammar School values andbehaviours
n

Skills andExperience
n
n
Experience in teaching VCE Economics is
essential.Versatility
to teach another VCE Commerce subject will be anadvantage.

Genuine enthusiasm for teachingand commitment to students' academic and personalgrowth
n
Outstanding communication skillsand the ability to effectively and engage with
students,colleagues,
and parents.

Committed to
ongoingprofessional

Holds a current VIT Registrationalong with specialised teaching qualifications in Commerce orrelated fields.
