Key Responsibilities
Carryoutcomprehensiveservicing,diagnosisandrepairofEuropeanvehicles
Identifyandtroubleshootmechanicalandelectricalfaultsacrossvehiclesystems
Diagnoseandrepairengines,transmissions,brakingsystems,steeringandsuspensioncomponents
Inspectengines,transmissionsandothermajorcomponentsforwear,damageandfaults
Remove,repair,replaceandreinstalldefectivemechanicalcomponents
Completescheduledservicingandpreventativemaintenancerequirements
Performoilandfilterchanges,fluidreplacement,lubricationandbrakeservicing
Carryoutenginetune-upsandotherroutinemechanicalrepairs
Useadvanceddiagnosticscannersandcomputerisedequipmenttoidentifyvehiclefaults




Interpretdiagnosticfaultcodes,wiringdiagramsandmanufacturertechnicalinformation
Followmanufacturer-recommendedrepairandserviceprocedures
Testvehiclesystemsandcomponentsfollowingrepairs
Conductroadtestingandfinalinspectionstoconfirmvehicleperformance
Maintainclearandaccurateservice,repairanddiagnosticrecords
Ensureallworkshopactivitiescomplywithsafetyproceduresandqualitystandards
Requirements & Eligibility
Recognisedautomotivemechanicaltradequalificationorequivalent
Atleast3yearsofprofessionalexperienceasaMotorMechanic
Provenhands-onexperiencediagnosing,servicingandrepairingEuropeanvehicles
Strongmechanicalandelectricaldiagnosticcapabilities
Practicalexperienceusingautomotivescantoolsandcomputeriseddiagnosticequipment
Abilitytoindependentlyidentifyfaultsandcompleterepairs
ExperiencewithEuropeanbrandssuchasBMW,Mercedes-Benz,Audi,Volkswagen,Porsche,VolvoorLandRoverwillbehighlyregarded
