Owned by a prominent and actively practicing Doctor, Centrehealth Family Clinic has been established 25 years and is a pillar of the Bentleigh community with a very loyal, diverse, multi-generational patient base and an easy-going family atmosphere.
Practice includes 2 GPs, Registered Nurse and diabetes educator, Dietician, Psychologist, Practice Manager and other reception / admin team.
About the role:
Initially Part time
Providing effective admin and reception support for our practitioners
Representing our business and our team
Answering telephone and e-mail enquiries and directing calls appropriately
Scheduling and managing patient appointments
Patient invoicing and payments
Maintaining accurate patient records and database
Handling medical correspondence and filing
Assisting with general office duties and administration tasks
You will be challenged, and you will be supported
This is a rewarding role in a friendly, supportive team providing an important service to our appreciative community




This role would be perfect for someone working towards a practice manager role
