Videographer & Content Creator - Digital Marketing
Full-Time | Onsite | Geelong, VIC
We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Videographer & Content Creator to join our growing group of businesses across healthcare, dental, childcare, education and professional training.
Videography and premium content creation are the primary responsibilities of this role.
This is a full-time onsite position based in Geelong. Due to the hands‐on nature of filming, photography and content production, working from home or a hybrid arrangement is not available for this role.
We are looking for someone with a professional production-house mindset who can independently take content from concept → shoot → edit → publish.
You must be confident working with professional mirrorless cameras, lenses, flashes, studio and location lighting, microphones and audio equipment, and be capable of producing polished, cinematic content.
Primary Responsibility – Videography & Content Creation
You will be responsible for producing premium visual content across our businesses, including:
Plan, direct, shoot and edit professional video content
Operate qualified mirrorless camera systems confidently
Select appropriate lenses, camera settings and equipment for each shoot
Work confidently with flashes, continuous lights, softboxes, reflectors and lighting modifiers
Set up wireless, lapel and shotgun microphones and deliver professional-quality audio
Produce cinematic video and photography, not simply point‐and‐shoot social content
Film interviews, testimonials, educational videos, events, training programs and promotional campaigns
Produce high‐quality Reels and short‐form social media videos
Create professional portraits, team photos, lifestyle photography and commercial brand photography
Edit video to a qualified commercial standard




Perform audio editing, sound design and music selection
You should be capable of producing content that has the quality and feel of a professional production house, while working efficiently within an in‐house business environment.
Social Media & Publishing
In addition to production, you will:
Manage the content calendar across our brands
Publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
Create Reels, Stories, posts and other platform‐specific content
Maintain consistent brand presentation across platforms
Monitor engagement and content performance
Secondary Role
WordPress & Website Content
You will also assist with:
Updating and maintaining WordPress websites
Publishing blogs, videos, photographs and new content
Creating and updating landing pages
Supporting basic SEO and website optimisation
Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
You will work alongside our marketing team to support:
Meta and Google lead‐generation campaigns
Creation of high‐quality advertising videos and photography
Campaign landing pages and creative assets
Tracking lead sources and campaign performance
Improving campaign creative based on performance
Increasing enquiries and conversions across our businesses
You do
not
need to be a senior performance marketing specialist, but you should understand how excellent creative content supports digital advertising and lead generation.
What We're Looking For
Essential:




Strong professional videography experience
Strong photography skills
Excellent understanding of professional mirrorless camera systems
Professional lighting and flash experience
Professional microphone and audio experience
Strong video editing skills
Photography editing and retouching skills
Understanding of cinematic composition and visual storytelling
Experience creating commercial and social media content
Ability to independently manage production from concept through to final delivery
Strong attention to detail
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent professional software will be highly regarded.
Experience with gimbals, drones, multi‐camera productions, podcast/interview setups, to some extend experience WordPress, Meta Ads and Google Ads would also be an advantage.
People Skills, Direction & Public Interaction
This is a highly people‐facing role. Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers and the public are essential.
Important – Onsite Position
The role will primarily operate across our business locations in Geelong and Hoppers Crossing, and regular travel between these locations will be required for filming, photography, events and content creation.
This position does not offer a work‐from‐home or hybrid option.
We are looking for someone who wants to become part of the team, understand our businesses and brands, and bring production‐house quality in‐house.
