You Will Be Responsible For:
Leading and supporting business improvement and operational change initiatives that support our continued growth and expansion.
Gathering, documenting and validating business requirements across a people, equipment and labour hire-driven operating model
Optimise workflows and data driven insights to drive business improvement




Improve efficiency and functionality across Microsoft Copilot, MYOB Acumatica, AI tools, Assigner and other internal platforms
Enable AI driven tools to support future initiatives
Mapping current and future state processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality and ROI.
Coordinating stakeholders to support successful project delivery across the group.
Monitoring implementation progress, risks, issues and actions.
Supporting system deployments, process enhancements and operational improvements that scale with a growing multistate business.
Assisting with training, change management and adoption activities — with people at the centre of every change.
Developing reporting, controls and governance processes that support operational effectiveness and commercial performance.
Providing insights and recommendations that improve business performance and support best-in-class service delivery.
Working closely with ELT, finance, sales and operational leaders, team SME's and business stakeholders across our multistate network to ensure initiatives deliver practical, on-the-ground outcomes.

Most importantly, you enjoy understanding how businesses operate and are genuinely energised by finding practical ways to improve systems, processes and outcomes, particularly where people, equipment and labour are central to how the business delivers value.
We Would Love You To Bring:
5+ years' experience in finance ops, accounting systems.
Current and proven experience with AI tools.
Experience in business improvement, project delivery, business analysis or systems implementation.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across office, site and field-based teams across multiple states.
Experience gathering business requirements and documenting processes.
The ability to analyse information, identify issues and recommend practical, commercially sound solutions.
An appreciation for people centred systems and processes, particularly in labour hire, workforce or equipment-driven environments.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confidence working independently while managing multiple priorities in a quick-growing, multistate business.
Experience within construction, traffic management, labour hire, logistics or other multi-site, people intensive environments will be highly regarded.
Influence how systems, processes and services are designed and delivered as we scale.
Develop valuable experience in stakeholder management, change and implementation within a high-growth, best-in-class business at the forefront of its industry.
