Key Responsibilities
Carryoutservicing,repairs,andpreventativemaintenanceofmaterialhandlingequipment
Diagnosemechanicalandtechnicalfaultsusingindustryknowledgeandproblem-solvingskills
Completeon-siteandworkshop-basedserviceactivitiesefficientlyandprofessionally
Inspectequipmentperformanceandrecommendappropriaterepairsolutions
Providereliabletechnicalsupportanddeliverexcellentcustomerservice
Maintainaccurateservicereports,maintenancerecords,andjobdocumentation
Workcloselywithserviceteamstoachievesafety,quality,andoperationaltargets
Applyworkplacehealthandsafetyproceduresduringallmaintenanceactivities
Developproductknowledgethroughtraining,mentoring,andhands-onexperience
Supportcustomersbyensuringequipmentreliabilityandminimaldowntime
Requirements & Eligibility
ProvenexperienceasaServiceTechnician,FieldTechnician,orsimilartechnicalrole
Relevanttradequalificationwithpracticalindustryexperience
Minimumthreeyearsofrelevantworkexperienceorequivalentformaltrainingpathway
Strongfault-findinganddiagnosticskillsacrossmechanicalandtechnicalsystems
AbilitytocommunicateeffectivelyinEnglish
