Role:
n
n
Engage with warm inbound and outbound leads,



guiding prospective students towards suitable course options.
n
Act as the first point of contact for prospective students, delivering an exceptional enrolment experience.
n
Achieve weekly sales, activity and conversion targets.
n
Effectively manage leads and maintain accurate records within the CRM.
n
n
About you:
n
n
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (phone sales highly desirable) with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
n
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine desire to help others
n
Driven, ambitious and motivated by achievement and financial success
n
Passion for sales and interest in the education sector
n
Confident using CRM systems (training provided) and strong overall computer literacy
n
Open to feedback, coachable and committed to continuous improvement
n
