Leading a small, dedicated team, you will provide support and information to the General Manager, the Hotel Managers of each of our hotels, and the wider team. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

Ensure compliance standards are met in aspects of building, equipment, energy consumption,



water, contractors, and environmental programs.
n
Lead brand compliance for both Novotel and ibis Budget hotels within your department scope
n
Manage capital expenditure projects
n
Proactively review hotel products, oversee and carry out maintenance and general repairs to ensure the smooth operation of all hotel departments
n
Contractor management
n
Be actively involved in the Health & Safety of our guests and our team members
n
Develop and implement effective strategies and solutions to improve energy, water and waste management, and our environmental impact
n
Drive team engagement and promote a positive team culture
