What we're looking for
n

You will support household activities, medical and health needs, attending community events/activities, personal care, meal management, transport, communication, and managing emotions and behaviours.
n
Flexible availability across 7 days

About you

Certificate III Individual Support is desirable
n
Be open to having conversations & be a positive listener, without judgement
n
Show initiative & think outside the box
n
Empower participants you support- 'Do With' not 'Do For'
n
Complete a pre-employment medical, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check,First Aid and have a valid driver's licence.
n
Limited Part-time & Casual opportunities available
n
Preferably be able to work a Rotating roster including some weekends and sleep overs/active night & split shifts.
