Microsoft Azure Specialist/Solutions Architect
who will partner with our sales team to
promote and accelerate adoption of our Software Licensing
offerings.

About the role
Act as a 'one stop shop' for Azure customers by understanding Azure services, solutions, support options, and customer enquiries.
Lead customers through the sales process, including solution pitching, quotations, upselling support options, and closing sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Microsoft, and internal Data#3 stakeholders to deliver quality customer service.
Complete Azure-related risk analysis, including Azure Offer vs Azure Plan, EA to CSP, and CSP to CSP transitions.
Estimate Azure consumption costs and create service quotes for optimisation, migration, health checks, remediation, and related Azure services.
Provision Azure tenancies/plans and onboard CSP and support customers, including ServiceNow support setup and logging support calls.




Identify optimisation opportunities through Azure Hybrid Benefit and Reserved Instances while clearly positioning Data#3's value and solution offerings.
