Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tarneit. As an integral part of our team, you will support the smooth operation of our services, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our daily operations.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS POSITION IS OFFERED FOR 4 DAYS A WEEK ONLY.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain client records and documentation
Coordinate schedules and appointments for staff and clients




Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in Community or Aged Care or a similar field (new grads and students are encouraged to apply)
Availability to work various shifts across different days
Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.)
Current Police Check (valid within the last year)
Updated Flu Vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
Own vehicle and valid driver's licence
