- Salary range: $2624.50 to $2762.00 p.a. (CA3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

About your opportunity:

- This role is the perfect opportunity for a motivated person who enjoys working with people to support them in achieving identified goals under the direction of an Allied Health practitioner across various discipline streams.
- As an Allied Health Assistant,



you will contribute to patient care by providing clinical support tasks delegated under the direct or indirect supervision of an Allied Health Professional.
- You will be working in a supportive and friendly unit where innovation is highly valued, and ongoing learning and professional development opportunities are encouraged and supported. The role is part of multi-disciplinary team providing patient centred care in line with the organisational values and strategic directions.

The Townsville Rehabilitation Unit may provide services across a seven-day period. The successful candidate may be required to participate in a seven-day rostering system.

Requirements:

- While not mandatory, a Certificate IV - Allied Health Assistant would be well regarded.
- Possession of class C drivers' licence.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
