Supporting the day to day operations of the Dealer Stock and Floor Plan Financing business, you will play a crucial role in managing operational processes with precision and efficiency.

You will handle daily operational activities related to dealer financing, manage large volumes of data using advanced Excel trackers, and maintain seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Your Responsibilities

Managing daily operational activities related to dealer financing and stock funding

Maintaining, updating, and validating operational records, databases, tracking reports, and Excel forms

Preparing MIS reports, operational dashboards, and management reports to support business decisions

Verifying and processing financing related documents, transactions, and performing data reconciliation

Coordinating directly with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders via professional Outlook emails and phone calls





Monitoring pending cases to ensure timely closure of operational tasks and exception management

Supporting process improvement initiatives to continually enhance operational efficiency

About You

2 to 3 years of operational experience within any industry (exposure to NBFC, banking, or financial services is highly regarded)

Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (experienced with VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, and Conditional Formatting)

Strong experience in handling day to day operations using Excel based trackers and financial reporting

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong confidence in making and receiving client calls

Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem solving capabilities, and a process driven mindset

Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under deadlines, and operate independently with minimal supervision

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (additional MS Excel or Operations certifications are advantageous)
