As a Processing Officer, you will play an important role in supporting Queenslanders to access housing assistance and related services. Behind every application, enquiry and record is a person seeking support, and your work will help ensure they receive timely, accurate and responsive service.

You'll join a team focused on improving customer outcomes through high-quality administration, strong customer service and continuous improvement. Working closely with colleagues,



customers and stakeholders, you'll help us better understand customer needs and contribute to services that are efficient, effective and centred on people.

What will you be doing?

You'll support a broad range of administrative activities that help our team deliver services to the community. This includes:

- Processing applications, records and information accurately and within required timeframes.
- Providing administrative support across areas such as records management, finance and human resources.
- Maintaining and improving administrative systems, procedures and processes.
- Responding to customer enquiries and supporting customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Using a range of systems and databases to manage information and support service delivery.
- Building positive working relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the way we work and contribute to better customer experiences.
- Applying sound judgement, resolving routine issues and escalating complex matters when needed.
