Fuse Recruitment are seeking experienced voice pickers for immediate starts in Old Reynella. Day shift, ongoing roles paying $41 p/hr. This role will see you working 6am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday and temp to perm after 6 months.

The Client:
A National brand specialising in the distribution of electrical products, located in Old Reynella.

- $41 p/hr + Super
- Temp to perm after 6 months for proven performers
- No daily shift confirmation needed from the agency!

The Role: Voice Picker
This role will see you utilising voice picking headsets and trolleys to pick customer orders. The Trolleys you will use can hold up to 20 different customer orders in separate order boxes.

Your main duties will involve:

- Voice Picking
- KPI pick rate of 100 lines per hour
- Picking products ranging in weight from small items to 3kgs and up to 10kgs per item
- Electric Pallet rider picking (for bulk items)

You will also assist in the below duties once orders have been picked:
- Packing of client orders
- RF Scanning of orders
- Taping boxes closed
- Palletising orders
- Wrapping pallets
- Receiving and despatch duties
- Matching customer labels and paperwork to orders





The Candidate:
To be successful in obtaining this role you will have the following experience:

- 3+ years Voice picking experience in a KPI driven setting
- Trolley picking experience
- RF Scanning experience
- Electric Pallet rider experience
- Palletising stock
- Shrink wrapping (Both manual and machine operated)
- Receiving and Despatch
- Matching and checking customers paperwork to orders going out
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent WHS knowledge
- Willingness to complete lifting of products up to 15 kgs

Advantageous experience:

- LF Forklift license and operating experience
