About the role

True Protein is seeking a Warehouse Assistant / Re-stocker to join our Warehouse team team working 5 days per week on a casual basis, based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and our Warehouse team is committed to providing the best service possible for our growing customer base, through B2C, B2B & B2G channels. You will also assist the warehouse team with pick-pack of online & wholesale orders, timely & accurate re-stocking of products into the Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS), & general warehouse duties. The role entails manual handling with a need to lift up to 20Kg.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who has a forklift license, a great work ethic & genuinely enjoys working in a high performing team.

The role will be on a casual basis working 5 days per week with the potential for afternoon shifts & Saturday shifts.

What your day to day will look like

Role & Responsibilities:

- Assist with re-stocking products from warehouse bulk storage into the LOGX automated storage & recovery system.

- Ensure the pick team have the right products, in the right quantities,



in the correct locations to pick orders in a timely manner. Ensure the inventory rotation to minimize waste and assist in the efficient and effective pick & pack operational flow.

- Work Health & Safety. Ensure the work workplace is safe at all times – maintain a safe work environment.

- Assist warehouse team with general warehouse duties when requested.

- Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring physical stock is in line with the inventory management system and ensuring all stock movements are recorded.

- Use the forklift and other machinery, if applicable, to access and collect products.

- Pick/Pack of online (B2C) & wholesale (B2B) orders through the ASRS.

What you'll bring to the team:

- Forklift license is neccessary for the role

- Previous experience working in a warehouse assistant or re-stocking role in a fast paced environment

- A team player mindset, with the abilty to follow instructions

- Excellent work ethic & ability to work efficiently when the pressure is on

- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever the team needs support.

- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks & priorities at once.

- A team-first approach, you back your teammates and communicate openly.

- A genuine interest in health, fitness and nutrition, and an alignment with what True stands for.

- Comfortable working with technology and picking up new systems quickly. Experience with mobile scanners is a bonus, but not essential.
