Your recent role:

As a Female Personal Care Worker, you will provide one-on-one support to a client in the comfort of their own home. Your role will include assisting with personal and continence care, hoisting and safe mobility, and supporting the client with fluids and food. We are looking for someone who is caring, reliable and respectful, with a genuine commitment to delivering quality, person-centred care.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Personal Care: Providing respectful assistance with daily living activities such as continence care, showering, feeding, hoisting
- Companionship & Social Support: Building positive relationships through conversation, shared activities, and community access.
- Professional Documentation: Accurately completing documentation

About You:

We are looking for people with the right attitude and heart. Formal experience is valuable,



but a genuine passion for care is essential.

- Essential: A current Australian Driver’s Licence and your own reliable, insured vehicle.
- Essential: A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one) and a First Aid & CPR certificate.
- Essential: CPR certificate
- Essential: The right to work in Australia (no student visas)
- Highly Regarded: A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or similar) or equivalent experience.
- Availability: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7am - 9am. More shifts may be available across metro Sydney with additional clients.
