About The Role

Our success starts with our people. As one of Australia's fastest growing and an innovative energy retailer's, we're looking for Graduate Analysts to join GloBird’s growing Energy Service team in Ringwood.

You will help shape the decisions and processes that support our growth. This graduate role sits at the intersection of customer operations, pricing, analytics and technology, giving you broad exposure to how an energy retailer works. You will turn data into practical insights, help solve customer and operational issues, and contribute to commercial and process improvement initiatives. Working with teams across the business and external industry partners, you will build a strong foundation for a career in energy, analytics or business transformation.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Ringwood office.

We provide comprehensive on-the-job training, and no prior energy industry experience is required.

What You'll Be Doing

- Support pricing,



product development and commercial initiatives that help GloBird grow and compete effectively.
- Conduct market, competitor and customer analysis to identify opportunities and inform business decisions.
- Investigate and resolve billing exceptions, working across teams to ensure accurate customer outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to energy market, regulatory and compliance obligations.
- Analyse operational and customer data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives that reduce effort, improve accuracy and enhance the customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external industry participants, including distributors, metering providers, technology partners and regulators.
- Contribute to special projects spanning customer operations, technology, analytics and business transformation.

What You'll Bring

- A recently completed bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, accounting,



information systems, computer science, engineering, data science, or statistics
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an operations, pricing, data analysis or energy industry space would be beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate work.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues and identify root causes.
- A responsible, self-driven approach and willingness to take ownership.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Confidence using Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, reporting tools, or process improvement is advantageous.
- Availability to work full-time onsite in Ringwood, Monday to Friday.
