About the role

Based mainly at our Punchbowl warehouse, you will handle technical enquiries, support Insnrg staff and help resolve more difficult equipment and pool-system problems. You will also support our NSW Manager by meeting customers on site to plan installations, commission systems and diagnose complex or recurring faults. This is primarily a technical support role, with occasional field attendance.

Key responsibilities

- Respond to technical enquiries from pool builders, pool shops, installers, service technicians and pool owners.

- Diagnose equipment and system problems by telephone, email, video and, when required, on site.

- Provide clear technical guidance to customers and Insnrg customer service, sales, warehouse and service staff.

- Meet trade customers on site to review plant-room layouts, plumbing, hydraulics and equipment requirements.

- Assist with commissioning and configuring Insnrg equipment and integrated pool systems.

- Attend selected sites for advanced fault-finding and occasional service work.

- Provide field feedback that helps improve products, manuals and training material.

- Keep accurate records and follow technical enquiries through to resolution.

About you

- Strong practical experience in the swimming pool and spa industry.

- Sound knowledge of pool equipment, plumbing,



hydraulics and water chemistry.

- An understanding of pumps, filtration, sanitation, automation and pool heating.

- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability.

- Very positive verbal communication skills and a calm, patient and helpful manner.

- The ability to explain technical matters clearly to experienced tradespeople and consumers.

- A willingness to learn the technical operation of the complete Insnrg product range.

- A current Australian driver licence.

- $100,000 to $130,000 total remuneration package, inclusive of superannuation.
