The role

Avenues Sunnybank Hills is looking for on call, casual Assistant Educators to join our team of honest, passionate and hardworking educators and teachers who strive every day for high quality programs and practices. We are looking for an educator who can be a part of a class team and collaboratively deliver programs and an workplace that caters for the children's ever-changing interests and developmental requirements. The successful candidate will also be required to be flexible, working with multiple age groups from 15 months to 5 years.

Position Requires

- A qualified educator with a love for early childhood development.

- A sense of humour and a sense of fun.

- Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.

- A love for sustainability and upcycling

- A current and valid Working with Children's Check (Blue Card)

- Hold a current senior First Aid, CPR & Asthma and Anaphylaxis training certificates

- Have a good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
