About the Role

You will be accountable for the overall success of the Gippsland region, ensuring our network operates safely, efficiently, and in line with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, lead and mentor a strong, engaged and high-performing culture across multiple site-based teams

- Drive execution of operational plans, KPIs, and strategies aligned with national objectives

- Identify and deliver continuous improvement across transport, logistics and customer service offerings

- Taking full accountability for regional P&L; performance, budgeting and financial results





- Optimise asset utilisation and manage labour efficiency across operations

- Ensuring compliance with Safety, Chain of Responsibility and regulatory requirements

- Customer focused, delivering exceptional customer outcomes while strengthening strategic customer partnerships

- Identify and implement productivity, efficiency and cost optimisation initiatives

- Business Development and growth accountability

Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:

· Proven leadership experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain environments

· Strong operational and commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results

· Expertise in analysing data and trends to develop and implement strategies that optimise operations

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

· Ability to drive change, continuous improvement, and accountability

· Ideally tertiary qualified in logistics, business management or related field
