About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a General Labourer on a full-time basis, with an additional part-time CAD Drawer position available.

Key responsibilities

General Labourer duties:

- Preparing and handling components for the powder coating process, ensuring proper cleaning and surface preparation

- Assisting with loading, unloading and moving materials and finished products safely and efficiently

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety standards

- Operating basic equipment and machinery under supervision as required

- Supporting the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards

- Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation

Part-time CAD Drawer duties:

- Creating and modifying CAD drawings for powder coating projects

- Assisting with design specifications and technical documentation

- Collaborating with clients and the production team to ensure accurate representations of components

- Maintaining CAD files and ensuring proper file management systems

- Supporting the design process for new and existing projects

What we're looking for





- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks, including lifting and moving heavy materials

- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic

- Willingness to learn and develop current skills in both labouring and technical areas

- Basic health and safety awareness and commitment to workplace safety protocols

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Team player with good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively

- For the CAD Drawer component: proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar) or equivalent experience

- For the CAD Drawer component: ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Experience in manufacturing, powder coating or similar industries is advantageous but not essential

- Valid driver's license is preferred
