We’re looking for energetic, professional and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our Melbourne stores.

As a Shaver Shop Brand Ambassador, you’ll create genuine connections with customers, deliver engaging product demonstrations and provide confident, informed advice.

Whether you already have experience in premium retail, cosmetics, barbering, haircare or hospitality—or simply have a passion for grooming and customer service—you’ll receive training to build strong specialist product knowledge and become a trusted advisor to our customers.

Locations We’re Hiring For

Opportunities are available across Melbourne CBD, Highpoint, DFO Essendon, Northland, Uni Hill, Epping, Plenty Valley and Watergardens.

? What You’ll Be Doing

- Building strong customer relationships and providing informed product advice.

- Conducting demonstrations across our grooming, hair removal and personal care ranges.

- Developing and maintaining robust product knowledge through our training platform.

- Staying informed about new products, promotions and upcoming events.

- Maintaining high standards across stock, displays and demonstration models.

- Contributing to store performance and delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.
