Whiz Kidz Northmead Prep is looking for a passionate and dedicated Certificate III Educator to join our team on a full-time, Monday to Friday basis.

Northmead Prep is a unique Whiz Kidz service dedicated specifically to 4-year-old children and school readiness. Our program combines play-based learning with intentional, structured experiences designed to build children's confidence, independence, resilience and love of learning as they prepare for Big School.

This is a fulltime position working 38 hours per week between the operating hours of 7am and 6pm

About the Role

As a Certificate III Educator, you will:

- Build warm, secure and meaningful relationships with children and families

- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through engaging experiences

- Contribute to the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program

- Support school readiness through literacy, numeracy, problem-solving, creativity and social development

- Create an environment where children feel confident, capable and excited to learn

- Work collaboratively with the Room Leader and wider team

- Contribute to observations, documentation and programming

- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment

- Follow all child safety, health and safety and regulatory requirements

About You





We are looking for someone who:

- Holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

- Has experience working in an early childhood setting with 3–5 year old children

- Has a positive, reliable and team-focused approach

- Builds strong relationships with children, families and colleagues

- Is passionate about school readiness and helping children develop independence and confidence

- Has a sound understanding of the EYLF and the National Quality Framework

- Is committed to child safety and creating a secure and inclusive environment
