The second position will provide broader exposure to administration, reception and customer service, membership and stakeholder support, events, projects and general business operations.

Both trainees will work as part of our administration team and may assist across the three organisations depending on operational requirements.

- following up outstanding information and documentation

- updating spreadsheets and internal systems

- supporting reporting and compliance documentation

- assisting with general office administration as required.

You will receive training and support as you learn the role, so we are not expecting you to already know everything.

About you

This traineeship would suit someone who is starting their career and wants to develop practical administration and business skills.

We are looking for applicants who:

- are reliable and punctual

- funded employment and training programs

- industry association activities
