Gewürzhaus is a Melbourne-grown, family-owned retailer with a growing national network of stores and online sales. We mill and blend over 100 bespoke spice, salt, sugar and tea blends for our self-scoop concept stores, supported by high quality home and gift wares. About The Role

Our Christmas casuals play an integral part in delivering Christmas across our network of retail stores. They support our store teams to ensure standards for operations and customer experience are maintained during the busiest time on our calendar. The day-to-day responsibilities as our seasonal casuals may include;

- Greeting and serving customers
- Sharing product knowledge and gift recommendations
- Daily tea brewing and tastings
- Restocking the store




- Maintaining store presentation and merchandising displays
- Processing sales transactions
- Store opening and closing tasks

We have seasonal Christmas casual positions available in some locations from early October through until January 2027.Group training sessions will be held mid-October as a part of the onboarding for our Christmas teams.

We are growing our teams across all Victorian stores including metro Melbourne, Daylesford, Healesville and Chadstone ready for a busy festive season.

Who We Are Looking For

- Passionate home cooks who have a good base knowledge of food.
- Existing spice knowledge is a definite, but not essential, bonus!
- A love for retail and customer service
- A positive can-do attitude, no matter the task
- Adaptable availability across weekdays and weekends. Late night trade in some locations.
