We are seeking a reliable and organised Production Cook to support the daily production of our savoury offering. This is a structured, volume-driven role focused on batching, consistency, and food safety—where you'll execute production plans efficiently and to standard, knowing exactly what's expected of you each day.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Daily preparation and cooking of savoury products

Batch cooking in line with scheduled production plans

Maintaining consistency in portioning, quality, and presentation across all batches

Monitoring yields and minimising waste





Stock rotation and assisting with ingredient level reporting

Maintaining HACCP standards and food safety compliance

Accurate labelling, temperature control, and documentation

Keeping your workstation clean, organised, and audit-ready

Coordinating timing with other sections as directed

About You

You are:

Experienced in a production, commercial, or high-volume kitchen setting

Confident working independently within a structured system

Organised, methodical, and process-driven

Skilled in batch cooking and high-volume food preparation

Knowledgeable in HACCP and food safety procedures

Reliable, consistent, and accountable for your section
