The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress.
- Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and carers where required.
- Inspire pupils to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.

Additional Information
- Term-time working only.
- No minimum contracted hours.
- Assignments available from one day per week through to full-time placements.
- Opportunities across a range of primary schools throughout Cumbria.
- Candidates should be contactable by phone and may occasionally be offered work at short notice.
- Access to both supply teaching and longer-term positions.
