We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our friendly medical practice on a part-time permanent basis.
- Health assessments & Heart Health Checks
- Chronic disease care plans & reviews
- Assisting with procedures
- Wound care and general practice nursing duties
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration (RN)
- Experience in general practice/primary care (preferred)
- Competence in health checks, care plans, and immunisations
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Minimum 6 months of general practice/primary care experience required
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship required
