Cleaners Wanted – $33–37/hr, Weekdays Only | Inner South-East Melbourne

We're a small residential cleaning team across Melbourne's inner south-east, mainly South Yarra, Glen Iris, Malvern, Carnegie and Oakleigh, so it's best if you're based nearby. You'll be in clients' homes, often while they're there, so we're after someone easy to have around, trustworthy, and genuinely positive with people.

This is a steady, ongoing role, not a stopgap. We want someone who'll settle in and stick around, and we look after our team in return.

What we're after

- Based in or near the South Yarra to Oakleigh area
- Personable and comfortable being in someone's home
- Reliable, we need to know you'll show up
- Free weekdays, daytime, looking for consistent hours (15–25/week, casual)
- Valid driver's licence and your own car

- Police clearance (or happy to get one)

What you'll get

- $33.85–$37.91/hr
- Monthly team incentives
- Paid travel time, plus 12% super and $1.01/km travel allowance
- Fortnightly pay
- Shifts of 4–6 hours, weekdays only
- Room to grow your hours over time
- All gear and products provided
- Proper training and real pay rise opportunities

About us

We're a small team that looks after our people, our clients trust us in their homes, so we're a little particular about who joins us. If that sounds like your kind of workplace, we'd love to hear from you.
