About the Opportunity

We are embarking on a significant period of growth, with two new restaurants opening this spring, and are looking for additional support within our Talent Team. As a Talent Coordinator, you will support the Talent and HR Team with administrative tasks, onboarding new hires, and play an integral part in ensuring the consistent delivery of an exceptional experience for candidates.

**This is a 10-week casual contract***

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to the Talent & HR Team
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Coordinate interviews, meetings and candidate appointments
- Assist with recruitment and candidate communication
- Prepare and maintain recruitment and onboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate candidate records and systems
- Assist with Talent Days and recruitment events
- Provide general administrative support as required

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

- Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment is advantageous
- Administrative experience is essential
- Hospitality experience is highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally




- Previous experience coordinating appointments and meetings
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Possess initiative and the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to build effective qualified relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar

Working Hours

38 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
