Key Responsibilities

- Performspecialisedlawncareandtreatmentservicesatresidentialandcommercialproperties
- Applylawnfertilisers,weedcontrolproducts,andotherapprovedtreatments
- Carryoutlawnaerationandotherturfimprovementservices
- Inspectlawnsandidentifymaintenanceortreatmentrequirements
- Operateandmaintainlawncareequipmentsafelyandefficiently
- Driveacompanyvehicletoscheduledcustomerlocations
- Provideprofessionalandfriendlycustomerservice
- Followcompanyprocedures,safetystandards,andservicechecklists
- Maintainaccuratejobrecordsusingmobiledevices
- Ensurecompanyequipmentandvehiclearekeptcleanandwellmaintained
- Workindependentlywhilemeetingdailyschedulesandqualitystandards
- Supporttheteamduringbusyperiodsandseasonalworkloads

Requirements & Eligibility

- Previousexperienceinoutdoorwork,landscaping,lawncare,gardening,horticulture,orotherphysicallyactiverolespreferred




- Abilitytoworkoutdoorsinvaryingweatherconditions
- Physicallyfitandcapableofperformingmanualwork
- Strongattentiontodetailandcommitmenttohigh-qualityworkmanship
- Excellentcommunicationandcustomerserviceskills
- Reliable,punctual,andabletoworkindependently
- Currentdriver'slicence
- Abilitytofollowestablishedproceduresandsafetyguidelines
