InterContinental Perth City Centre is seeking a part time Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional service at check-in/out, upsell, handle guest requests and provide local insights. You will greet guests, process payments, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience with a personalised touch.

You will need excellent presentation, positive energy, and experience in guest relations, problem solving and time management; knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus.
