Mercy Health Home Care Services Geelong is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to manage rostering and support for Home Care Workers. You will ensure the right employee is rostered for the right service, client, and time, working with care advisors and referral partners.

The role emphasizes solid customer service, communication, and familiarity with rostering systems. A Certificate III in Individual Support is advantageous and NDIS Worker Screening is required.
