As our Trade Assistant / Labourer, you'll be the go-to person for assembling and installing flat packs, supporting tradespeople, and keeping projects running smoothly. Your work will directly shape the spaces our clients live and work in whether it's a home office, a retail fit-out, or a kitchen installation. What You'll Do

- Assemble and install flat-pack furniture, cabinetry, and fittings with precision and care.

- Assist tradespeople with on-site tasks, from lifting and positioning materials to basic tool use.

- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.

- Load, unload, and move materials as required.





- Support general workshop duties when not on installation jobs.

- Follow instructions and work collaboratively to meet deadlines.

What You'll Bring

- Experience with hand and power tools (drills, screwdrivers, saws, etc.).

- A practical, hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to read basic assembly instructions and follow plans.

- A reliable, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

- Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and lifting.

- Current driver's licence is essential.
