Dockhand/Freight Handler | Morning Shift
The Opportunity
- Location: Kemps Creek
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 9:00am
- Part-Time Schedule: 20 hours per week
- Pay Rate: $34 per hour
- Work Type: Ongoing casual with consistent rostered hours
- Early Finish: Enjoy your afternoons free every day
Your Duties
Working as part of a busy freight team, you will:
- Unload freight containers and trailers
- Sort freight and cartons using conveyor systems
- Load freight into delivery vehicles
- Complete general warehouse and dockhand duties
- Maintain a safe and organised workplace
What We're Looking For
To be successful, you'll have:
- The ability to repeatedly lift and move freight up to 25kg
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Your own reliable transport to access the Kemps Creek site
- Previous warehouse, freight handling, container unloading or dockhand experience (highly regarded)
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment
