Graphic Designer – Social Media, Branding & Web

Socialisha is a growing social media marketing agency working with brands across a wide range of industries. We’re looking for an experienced, highly creative Graphic Designer who can bring solid design, branding and digital skills to a fast-paced agency environment.

Socialisha is a growing social media marketing agency working with brands across a wide range of industries. We’re looking for an experienced, highly creative Graphic Designer who can bring strong design, branding and digital skills to a fast-paced agency environment.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for creating:

- Aesthetic, engaging and conversion-focused Instagram Stories

- Instagram feed designs, carousel designs, Reel covers and social media graphics

- Creative digital assets for Instagram & TikTok

- Branding kits including logos, colour palettes, typography and brand guidelines

- Website designs and digital assets

- Creative concepts that are tailored to different brands and industries

- Designs that are current, visually strong and aligned with social media trends

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and/or social media marketing





- Strong experience specifically designing for social media

- Excellent understanding of Instagram Stories, social-first design and digital content

- A strong eye for branding, typography, layout and visual identity

- Creative, proactive and able to bring fresh ideas to the table

- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple brands and deadlines

- Able to work independently while collaborating with our wider creative and marketing team

- Available to work at least 2 days per week from our Brunswick East office

Software & Technical Skills

Essential:

- Strong proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite , including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

- Experience with Figma

- Strong understanding of digital and social media design

Bonus points if you have experience with:

- Motion graphics and animation

- AI-generated animations and creative AI tools

- 3D design / 3D animation, 3D website design or interactive web experiences

- Website design across platforms such as Shopify, Wix or Squarespace

- Video editing and short-form content

- Creating innovative digital experiences and experimenting with new design technology

We’re particularly interested in designers who are technically curious and constantly experimenting with new tools, AI, animation and emerging creative technology.
