Forbes Allied Services in Melbourne’s northern suburbs is seeking an experienced Community Support Worker to help clients access the community and build independence.

The role reports to the Team Leader and will support clients with complex mental health needs, using a coaching model to help achieve personal goals. A Cert IV in MH/Disability/CS or willingness to study is required, with checks in place for police and child safety.
